We’re so grateful you’re joining us for your Letting Go Journey with Inspir-a.
This experience has been created with care — a space to slow down, let go, and reconnect with the heart and soul of who you are.
To help you prepare and get the most from your session, take a few moments to read through the information below.
It will help you arrive feeling grounded, relaxed, and open to whatever your journey brings.
Step 1 · Reflection
Before your session, take a few minutes to sit quietly and reflect on these questions.
There are no right or wrong answers — simply notice what surfaces.
What am I ready to release from my life, body, or mind?
What beliefs, stories, or patterns no longer serve who I’m becoming?
How would it feel in my body to finally let go?
Let your answers rise naturally. You may want to jot them down or simply hold them in awareness.
Step 2 · Listen — “Letting Go” Intention-Setting Meditation
To help your body and nervous system prepare, listen to this short 5-minute guided meditation before your session. The immersive sound is designed to move through all directions, please wear headphones for the best results.

Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed.
Put on your headphones.
Close your eyes and take a few slow, grounding breaths.
Press play and let the sounds move through you — releasing, softening, opening.
Step 3 · Prepare for Your Journey
To help your body and mind feel open and supported:
Rest well the night before the session. A well-rested nervous system allows for deeper release.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing. You’ll be lying down for most of the session.
Eat lightly. Avoid heavy meals 1–2 hours beforehand.
Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before your session.
