A guided journey to release core trauma imprints, let go of emotional weight and create space for healing and self-love.

This guided journey invites you to gently yet powerfully explore and release the five core trauma imprints that shape human behaviour - separation from love, abandonment, rejection, shame and the absence of love. It’s an opportunity to let go of emotional patterns formed in the past and create space for greater ease, self-acceptance and inner freedom.

Guided through breath, hypnotic affirmations, and immersive multidimensional soundscapes, you’ll be supported to access and release stored emotional energy held within the body. We’ll begin with a grounding cacao ceremony to open the heart, settle the nervous system, and anchor your intentions before moving into the breathwork journey.

This experience supports deep emotional release, integration, and renewal helping you feel lighter, more grounded, and aligned within yourself.

Everything is provided — mats, blankets, cushions, and comfort. Just bring yourself, an open heart and a willingness to meet whatever arises with compassion.

What to Expect

  • A welcoming, nurturing space held by one trained facilitator and facilitator support

  • A safe, guided 9D Breathwork Journey designed for release and renewal

  • Integration time with cacao and light refreshments

  • A calm, restorative environment — no experience needed

Good to Know

  • All equipment is provided

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in

  • Wear something comfy — think relaxation, not performance

Contraindications

Breathwork may not be suitable for individuals with the following conditions:

  • Cardiovascular problems

  • Abnormally high blood pressure

  • Chronic respiratory conditions

  • History of aneurysms, epilepsy, or seizures

  • Currently taking heavy medication

  • Severe asthma (for mild or moderate asthma, please bring your inhaler)

  • Severe mental health conditions

  • Psychosis, paranoia, or bipolar disorder

  • Osteoporosis

  • Glaucoma

  • Recent surgery or injury

  • Pregnancy

Cancellation Policy

Tickets are non-refundable; however, they can be transferred to someone else.
